For owners who live abroad we can assist with recommending property managers who could be contracted directly with the owners to look after both the property and the guests, and assist with property management services such as:
o Management of weekly cleaning staff and products
o Regular accommodation inspections
o coordination of gardening service
o coordination of swimming pool service
o coordination of smaller accommodation maintenance and /or repair issues
o Representation/administration of the property:
Mail/ account handling and administration of house hold operations, first point of contact for service providers such as security company/ Telkom/ DSTV etc.
o pre-arrival checks
o key handling, check-in and check-out accompaniment
o inventory checks and handling of breakage deposits
o coordination of damaged or broken goods replacement
o direct contact of guest to give support on queries/trouble shooting (24 hrs stand by)
o welcoming package:
welcome gifts/wine, fruit, flowers. Presentation of day-to-day necessities (toilet paper, quality soap and shampoo and basic groceries), provide welcome letters, house rules, area information, travel and entertainment tips
